Use this page if you are having trouble accessing your GNR Hosting website account.
Password reset is for your GNR Hosting website/customer account only. It does not reset your GNR Hosting service or app login credentials.
Use the email address associated with your website account when requesting a password reset.
If you do not see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
GNR Hosting accounts that remain expired for 72 hours are automatically deleted from the website system. If your account has already been deleted, password reset will not work because the website account no longer exists.
You may register for the website again using the same information you previously had on file and then place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email letting you know whether new service logins were issued or your previous logins were reactivated.

CUSTOMER HELP CENTERAccounts that are expired for 72 hours are automatically deleted by the website system. The password reset will not work as your account is no longer in the system. You can simply re-register for the site with all of the same info you had on file previously and place your order. You will receive an email once your order is processed indicating if you have new logins or if your old logins have been reactivated.
