GNR Hosting Terms of Service

Please review the following terms regarding your GNR Hosting account and use of our services.

Account & Service Terms

By registering for an account or purchasing GNR Hosting service, you agree to comply with the terms and policies applicable to your account and service.

GNR Hosting plans are based on simultaneous connections. Connections assigned to a GNR Hosting account must be used at the same physical location. Login credentials may not be shared with individuals outside of the account holder's location.

Accounts found to be sharing credentials or using connections simultaneously from multiple physical locations may be suspended or terminated. Refunds are not guaranteed when service is terminated for a violation of these terms.

Renewals & Reactivation

GNR Hosting does not use automatic payments. Customers are responsible for renewing their service. Expired GNR Hosting accounts are subject to a $10 reactivation fee when service needs to be restored.

Refunds & Account Credits

Purchases are generally non-refundable once service has been activated or renewed. Refunds or account credits may be considered by GNR Hosting on a case-by-case basis.

Account Communications

By registering for a GNR Hosting account, you agree to receive service-related communications from GNR Hosting Services, including account notices, renewal reminders, service information, and other communications related to GNR Hosting services.

Content Disclaimer

GNR Hosting does not claim ownership of third-party content, trademarks, programming, or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners. Any third-party names, trademarks, or content remain the property of their respective owners.

Copyright Concerns

GNR Hosting respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe copyrighted material associated with our website or services is being used without authorization, you may submit a written notice containing sufficient information for us to identify and review the material in question.

A copyright notice should include:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification and location of the material in question.
Your name and sufficient contact information.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
