Our Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, purchases are generally non-refundable once service has been activated or renewed.

We recognize that circumstances can vary. Refunds or account credits may be issued at the discretion of GNR Hosting and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of a previous refund or account credit does not guarantee that future requests will be approved.
