Important information about renewal periods, expiration dates, reminders, processing, and expired accounts.
30-Day Renewals
Add 30 days to your current GNR Hosting service using the same plan assigned to your account.
90-Day Renewals
Add 90 days at once when you prefer a longer renewal period.
Your Expiration Date Will Vary
GNR Hosting subscriptions run on a rolling 30-day calendar. This means you will not necessarily have the same expiration date each month. Because calendar months have different numbers of days, your expiration date will naturally shift over time.
Your service also expires to the exact time your logins were created — not automatically at midnight. For example, if your logins were created at 2:58 PM, your service will expire at 2:58 PM on your expiration date.
Renew Early
You do not need to wait until expiration. Any time purchased early is added to your existing expiration date.
Payment Reminders
We send 4 payment reminder emails prior to your expiration date. GNR Hosting does not use automatic payments.
Processing Time
Renewal orders can take up to 24 hours to process. Renewing before expiration helps prevent service interruption.
Expired Accounts
Expired GNR Hosting accounts are subject to a $10 reactivation fee when service needs to be restored.
