  • THREE emails are MANUALLY sent PRIOR to expiration. These emails are titled: GNR Renewal, GNR Expiring Tonight, GNR Expiring. Additionally, if your account is expired, you are sent an email titled GNR Expired for up to three days before you account is AUTOMATICALLY deleted from our systems. WE SEND ALL EMAILS MANUALLY. Be sure to add gnr@gnrhosting.com to your email address book to prevent anything from going to junk or spam.
  • If you're account is expired, it is not automatically reactivated and you must add the $10 reactivation ($15 on Sundays/Holidays) to your order. All orders and reactivations are processed manually and can take up to 24 hours.
  • ACCOUNTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED AFTER BEING EXPIRED FOR 72 HOURS.
  • To prevent a lapse in service we HIGHLY RECOMMEND renewing when you receive the first payment reminder email.
  • ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON SUNDAYS (unless the $15 Sunday reactivation is purchased)!
  • If you renew early, you DO NOT lose out on days. 30 days are added to your current expiration date.
  • You DO NOT have the same expiration date each month. Subscriptions run on a 30 day rolling calendar so your expiration date will vary each month depending on the amount of days in each month after month and so on.
  • Our systems work to the very second your logins were created. Your accounts do not expire at midnight, they expire 30 days to the second. For example, if your logins were created at 2:58pm then they will expire at 2:58pm.
  • WE WILL NEVER CUT YOU SHORT ON DAYS!
